Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point or Misako retail location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
